#1 Use Coconut Oil: Take a spoonful of coconut oil into your mouth and swirl it all over your teeth for about 15 – 20 minutes. This would help soften the bacteria before you brush the teeth as you normally do.

#2 Using Strawberry/Tomato and Baking Soda: Crush and mix two teaspoons of baking soda into either strawberry or tomatoes, dab your tooth brush into the mixture and brush your teeth thoroughly for best result.

This should not be done more than once or twice a week.

#3 Olive Oil Remedy: This treatment can be done everyday for better affect. Fill your mouth with olive oil and swirl around your teeth or soak cotton wool into the olive oil and dab it all over your teeth

#4 Apple Chidar Vinegar + Baking Soda: Mix these ingredients until smooth and consistent like toothpaste, apply it on your tooth brush and scrub away. But this should not be done regularly as soda is very acidic and can wear out the tooth enamel if used more than once or twice a week.

Other Remedies

  • Rub your teeth with the inside of a banana, orange or lemon peel
  • Eating apple or sugar cane can also help whiten your teeth
  • Adding a pinch of salt on your toothpaste before brushing teeth has proven more effective
