This is the new data subscription code that replaces the *917# previously used for subscription on the network. *323# is the newly unified code for data subscription, not just for 9mobile but for all other service providers in Nigeria, like MTN, GLO, and Airtel. This follows a new directive from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) in March 2023 that all telecommunications providers should have harmonised USSD codes.

9Mobile Video Streaming Data Bundle

9mobile video streaming data bundle was introduced with the plan to let subscribers pause and resume their video data anytime. This data plan comes in two packages, which are N500 for 3 days and N1000 for 7 days. The N500 plan is capped at 5GB worth of data, while the N1000 plan is capped at 10GB worth of data. Subscribers with a 9mobile data network can subscribe to this plan and enjoy data overload for their streaming pleasure.

How to Stop Auto-renewal on 9mobile

If you are subscribed to any of the above 9mobile data bundles, once you exhaust your data plan, the data plan will be automatically renewed if you have enough Airtime on your 9mobile prepaid account.

However, to opt out from the auto-renewal, i.e. if you don’t want your data plan to renew automatically when your data expires, kindly dial *229*0#. Perhaps you can cancel your 9mobile subscription plan auto-renewal by sending STOP to 229.
