Consequences of Not Paying School Fees in Akwa Ibom State University

Let us examine the implications of not paying school fees in two categories:

  • Newly admitted Students
  • Regular Students

Newly admitted students

This group of students is required to pay an acceptance fee. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in the withdrawal of the admission letter by the university’s administration. This is not something that any admitted student would ever wish for.

Regular students

Failure to pay school fees results in the denial of exams for this group of students. If they are eventually pardoned, the university will not allow them to collect their certificate until the fees are paid in full.
