FlashMe Cash is First City Monument Bank’s (FCMB) mobile banking platform that provides customers with the much-desired convenience of banking on the go with the aid of mobile phones or the internet anytime, anywhere.
With Flashme Cash app, FCMB’s customers can transfer funds to all mobile phone users in Nigeria, buy recharge cards, and pay their bills (e.g. DStv & GOtv) via any phone type.
You can use FlashMe Cash by simply registering and there are three ways to do so.
1. You can register by visiting any branch of FCMB, fill a Flashme Cash form and submitting a passport photograph, and any means of identification.
2. You can also register by visiting the Flashme Cash Website, clicking on “Create New Account” at the top of the page to fill in your details and subsequently visiting a branch to complete the registration.
3. Thirdly, You can register via SMS using the format shown below and afterward visit a branch to complete the registration.

How To Use FlashMe Cash
After sign-on, you can operate your Flashme Cash through any of the following channels:
1. Internet: Log on to https://flashmecash.firstcitygrouponline.com/ with your username and password to carry out your transactions. Transactions available through the web include funds transfer, bills payment, recharge card purchase, balance inquiry, password change, bulk SMS, multiple payment, and e-auction.
2. Flash wallet: Flash wallet is a debit card attached to your Flashme Cash account to enhance your Flashme Cash experience with card payment services. You can use the card on all ATMs in Nigeria to withdraw cash from your mobile account, check your balance and carry out Quick teller transactions to pay for goods & services on POS or the internet. Flash wallet can be obtained instantly from all FCMB branches.
3. Mobile APP: Java-enabled phones can download the FlashmeCash app from https://flashmecash.firstcitygrouponline.com/ (Click on “Mobile App Download” at the top of the home page and input the required details) to download the App. Transactions available through the mobile app include funds transfer, bills payment, recharge card purchase, balance enquiry and password change.
Buying Airtime
To recharge your phone using Flashme Cash, just type the network, followed by the denomination, quantity, password and then send to any these phone numbers: 08034552412, 08037799999, and 08036699999.

Sending Bulk SMS
1. List the phone numbers you want to send SMS to (in a column) in text or excel file format;
2. Save the file in a known or preferred destination on your computer system;
3. Log on to the Flashme Cash portal with your details;
4. Click on ACCOUNT;
5. Click on BULK SMS;
6. To UPLOAD files, Select “Upload” from the “Upload” radio button, Click on BROWSE or CHOOSE FILE and upload the phone number list already saved in text or excel format or select the “DIRECT INPUT” radio button to enter the phone numbers directly. Input the SENDER ID (Maximum of 11 characters);
7. Input the text message in the ‘Text Message’ field;
8. Input the TRANSACTION PASSWORD;
9. Click on PROCEED.

Making Bulk Payment
1. Prepare file in Excel format;
2. The file will have four (4) columns namely FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and NARRATION AND AMOUNT. Please note that each phone number should start with the 234 code. E.g. 08030111222 will be 2348030111222;
3. Save the file in a known or preferred destination on your computer system;
4. Log on to the Flashme Cash portal with your details;
5. Click on ACCOUNT;
6. Click on MULTIPLE PAYMENT;
7. Go to FILE and click BROWSE to select and upload the file already saved on your computer system;
8. Input the TRANSACTION PASSWORD;
9. On the next screen, you will be required to confirm your transaction (Do you wish to proceed? then Click Ok.
