Yetunde Bakare Hails From Abeokuta in Ogun State

Yetunde was born on the 8th of July to her parents, who reside in Lagos state, but she originally hails from the Egba community in Abeokuta, the state capital of Ogun State. Further reports about her parents and siblings are not available, however, the actress and model say she was raised in a strict Christian household and was actively involved in their church activities.

Yetunde’s real age is not known but she celebrates her birthday every July 8. She had her education in Lagos, Nigeria, bagging her First School Leaving Certificate and West African School Certificate. Afterwards, she attended a University in the state and graduated with a degree in Microbiology.

Yetunde Started Her Career As a Model

Yetunde discovered her acting talent as a teenager when she joined her church drama group and participated in several drama presentations. However, she began her professional career in showbiz as a model. She is known to have modeled for several magazines in the city of Lagos. She was particularly known for being a model for Frist Weekly Magazine -a for general interest magazine that substantially represents youths and adults alike.

Yetunde Bakare is currently engaged to her man whose name she has refused to reveal. The Yoruba actress and filmmaker discloded her new status in February 2022 in an Instagram post she captioned: “He asked …… She said YES”, hinting that her man had proposed to her and she accepted.

Yetunde further revealed the hashtag for their wedding #AJ2022, which implied that their wedding ceremony would happen later in the same year. Many of her friends and fans showered her with congratulatory messages while hoping to see the real event happen. However, she has not made any further disclosure about her man or their wedding plans since then.

The actress has not revealed much about her past but she is quite vocal about her thoughts on relationships and marriage.
