The actor once said that he could have studied an entertainment-related course if he had been well-briefed. Meanwhile, reports have it that Bolaji is currently enrolled in a University in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why is Bolaji Amusan Called Mr. Latin?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bolaji Amusan started going by the name Mr. Latin after he acted in the 1993 film titled <em>50-50,<\/em> produced by Akin Ogungbe. On the set of the movie, Bolaji spoke French, and Akin Ogungbe mistook it for Latin.<\/p>\n<p>Generally for Akin, Bolaji simply speaks a bit of French language mixed with Latin when on set because that was exactly how they sound in his ears. Since then, Bolaji took up Mr. Latin as his stage name.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bolaji is an Established Comedy Actor in the Nigerian Movie Industry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bolaji Amusan has been consistently active in the Nigerian entertainment scene since 1988. He started acting in the same year but began his comedy career in 1991. Mr. Latin has since become one of the most creative and longest-established actors in the Yoruba movie industry. Furthermore, Bolaji is the CEO of Mr. Latin TV, a TV program that is all about entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>In 1989, he became part of the professional association, Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners, now known as Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN).
