This decision was made by a customary court in Abuja after Tonto Dikeh was dragged to court by her former husband. According to Tonto’s lawyer, Barrister Ukechukwu Uju-Azorji, the case was an extremely hectic and dramatic one. According to Tonto’s attorneys, Churchill had filed an N200k case against Tonto, claiming that the actress had only been using her son as an excuse to drain him financially.
