Just a few months after Chacha and her husband celebrated their 7 years wedding anniversary in 2020, a video from her Instagram account went viral. In the video, she was seen and heard talking about divorcing her husband Austine Okechukwu Faani.

While the video could not buttress the reasons why she chose to end her marriage with the father of her three (now four) children, the actress said although many would think of her as being crazy, she has decided to “move on” with her life. She ended her speech with a promise to give her fans the full details on why she made such a drastic decision.

Everything seemed rosy between the couples until the now-deleted video surfaced. However, in June 2020, the actress shared adorable pictures of herself, her husband, and her children. She even shared video clips of her wedding ceremony.

While fans anticipated a second video that would possibly give an answer to why the actress chose to back out from her marriage, many feared she was being abused or that her husband cheated. To clear the air on the rumors another video surfaced with Chacha claiming to be suffering from bipolar disorder. The video also has the actress stating that contrary to the speculations about her being a victim of domestic violence, her husband has neither raised his voice or hands on her and that she was receiving treatment after she was diagnosed to be suffering from bipolar disorder. Putting her fans in yet another suspension, the actress promised to return to share in detail, all her health problems.

He said that his sister isn’t bipolar and that the whole video was a cover-up. He also called out Chacha’s husband for trying to clear his name at his wife’s expense.

Meanwhile, in another video, the Nollywood actress blasted her brother accusing him of trying to destroy her family. The video also has the actress explaining that her brother and members of her family are barely aware of her health challenges.

Narrating what happened on the day she released the viral video, Chacha said she had not taken her bipolar drugs for 3 days and was rather flushing them down the toilet. When her husband mentioned it to her, she angrily called him out and raced to a bank to withdraw money and then to a call service center to retrieve an old phone line she had destroyed herself. She ended the heated saga over her family by vowing never to leave her husband and children again. Aik on the other hand reacted to her video by promising to stay out of her family business.
