Victor Moses Signs New Four-Year Contract With Chelsea

Nigerian International, Victor Moses has signed a new four-year contract extension at Premier League side Chelsea.

The 26-year-old Nigeria international’s previous deal was due to expire in 2019.

Moses has now extended his stay until 2021.

Moses has been a vital  part of Chelsea’s success this season as the club maintains their lead in the Premier League title race.

Having been converted by boss Antonio Conte into a right wing-back, Coach Conte is now reaping the rewards.

Speaking to the media after signing the contract, Moses said:

“I feel very excited and I’m delighted to be here for another few years now and to sign a new deal.


“Now it’s time to concentrate on the team and keep working hard to make sure we win games and try to win the Premier League this season.

“We’re having a great season, I’m enjoying my football. And we have a good manager here that has given every single one of us confidence.

“I just want to keep on enjoying it and working hard for the team.”

Victor Moses has shone for Chelsea as a right wing-back this season.

Moses has produced incredible consistency in his performances.

He has started in every Premier League game since 1 October when he was named in the line-up away at Hull City.

Moses arrived at Chelsea in 2012 from Wigan Athletic.

He has enjoyed a solid first season at the club, helping Chelsea lift the Europa League trophy

Chelsea technical director, Michael Emenalo said:
