The TV star who is now a part of the <em>Sister Wives<\/em> reality show was born on October 9, 1978. Her place of birth is Leah in Utah, and she was born into a polygamous family.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about how David and Robyn met, she was then still a student, although the level of education she was in it at the time was not specified. From what we gathered, however, David must&#8217;ve approached her at some point, and in 1999 she got pregnant, at about the age of 20.<\/p>\n<p>Within that same year, David Jessop and Robyn Brown got married, which from her account was because of the pregnancy, and not so much out of true interest. They had their first child on January 16, in the year 2000.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>They Divorced Over Claims of Domestic Abuse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After over seven years of being married, Robyn decided to quit their matrimony on grounds of domestic abuse. According to her, after finding out about her pregnancy, she was devastated at first, but decided to move on from that and tried to make the relationship work. She spent the following years of her life in that endeavor, and while their marriage never had a good start, things only got worse as the years progressed.<\/p>\n<p>Robyn Brown claims she suffered a lot in the marriage, and that her husband David was abusive to her and the kids as well. The couple then separated and got divorced a year and a half later.<\/p>\n<p>David Preston Jessop, on the other hand, revealed nothing of the dispute between the two. In fact, he seemed committed to being off the news or any media attention at all.
