The U-Direct is one of the most powerful e-commerce platforms that allow customers to enjoy secure and unrestricted access to their accounts at any time.
Transactions that can be done on the platform include balance inquiry, checkbook, request, account viewing, payment statements of account and more.
Requirements include – a device with access to the Internet, A completed web/enrolment form, an active UBA account, Executed Indemnity (optional) but you can come along with it if you want to raise your transaction limit.
How to Apply for U-Direct
This can be done in three ways. They are:
- Instant self-enrolment
- Registration via Virtual Enrolment Form
- Application at a local branch.
The Instant self-enrolment, according to UBA takes about 40 seconds to do it while the Virtual enrollment form requires a little bit of time.
