Aisha Buhari said that the Acting President has developed the ability to lead Nigeria in line with the manifesto of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and ensure that a better Nigeria is realized.
The first lady made this statements on Wednesday 8th March in four consecutive tweets published on her handle, @aishambuhari, while wishing Osinbajo a happy birthday.
“On the occasion of the birthday of Your Excellency, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN, Ag. President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“I wish to extend my congratulations to you and to state that the years you have spent building your reputation in multiple capacities, have today resulted in your ability to carry out your duties in line with the manifesto of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to ensure that a better Nigeria is realized. Congratulations and Happy Birthday @ProfOsinbajo.”
Similarly, the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar described Yemi Osinbajo as a man of integrity. He gave this remark while celebrating the 60-year old on his first year as a sexagenarian.
The former Vice President, who took to his twitter handle @atiku to pray for former Lagos State Commissioner for Justice, asked God to continue to grow him in wisdom.
“Wishing a very happy 60th birthday to Acting President @ProfOsinbajo, a man of integrity. May you continue to grow in wisdom.”
Asides these two endorsements from the highly political figures, Yemi Osinbajo has been receiving several appraisals from good meaning Nigerians who also believe that he has great skills to lead Nigeria.
In a statement by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, said Osinbajo’s wisdom, vigour and innovative mind had been essential to the numerous achievements recorded by this administration.
The ruling party commended Buhari for the vision and wisdom in choosing Osinbajo as his running mate, stating that the acting president had visited crisis-prone areas, stabilized the economy and promoted good governance.
Meanwhile, Yemi Osinbajo marked his 60th birthday at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja with a special worship song.
The ordained man of God of the Redeemed Christian Church of God was captured singing ‘Aka Jehovah’, a popular worship song by Pastor Gabriel Eziashi.
He used the Igbo song, which speaks about how the hand of God has helped him thus far, to express his gratitude for living a good life.
Osinbajo’s worship session was accompanied by a pianist while his wife stood by him to encourage him. The video was uploaded on his Twitter page with the caption:
“Thank you everyone, for your kind words, I am humbled. I am grateful to God for 60 years. There is no me without Him. Saved by Grace alone.”
