The words of Apostle Johnson Suleiman to the Nigerian government has led Cool FM presenter to come for his head.

This morning, Apostle Johnson Suleiman was almost arrested if not for the intervention of Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state.

The Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) Worldwide then threatened that Nigerian Embassies in Countries where his Church has branches will be in trouble if he is made to spend one day with the Security Operatives.

Freeze is wondering what manner of confidence will warrant a man of God to speak in such tone. According to the OAP, Apostle Johnson Suleiman is not above the law and should not have threatened the Nigerian embassies.

“Dear Apostle Suleiman, I’m very disappointed in this statement! Are you now above the law?” he asked. ” Why should you threaten the government? Do you realize that this amounts to treason?

“Like I earlier stated, I understand that you are angry and you have a right to be, however, this is not the way to go about it. I still hold you in high esteem for your spirit of giving but I must say sir, this is ABSOLUTELY WRONG!

“Let’s be very careful when agitating for war, because war never solves ANYTHING!!! The war in Iraq, Libya and Syria has solved NOTHING.. life was much better under Sadam and Ghadaffi than it is now. ISIS was born as a result of the war in Iraq, and millions died in the war and in the aftermath.

“Let me educate those of you shouting about the war where David killed Goliath. Later on, he had to fight the giants brother and sons and up until today Goliath’s people the Philistines, are still bombing Israel! Can we truly say that war was won?

“When Jesus was killed, NOBODY was killed in retaliation, the war was won in the spirit and the victory is everlasting! “Let’s be like Jesus, all he asks is for us to love one another, and yes, that includes loving our enemies. ~FRZ.

Apostle Johnson Suleiman, who was in Ado-Ekiti state for a two-day crusade, was reported to have preached against Fulani herdsmen rampage.

He went as far as ordering his church members to kill any suspected herdsmen they find near him or his church. Unfortunately for the preacher, he was followed by the operatives of the DSS on his way out of the Ekiti state government house, after visiting gov. Fayose.

The DSS operatives trailed him to his hotel room and after several hassles, the Apostle alerted the governor, who immediately sent a rescue team and took him to a safe place.

Governor Fayose is of the opinion that the DSS should have resolved the issue amicably rather than embarrass the man of God.

“If they have any issue with him instead of arresting him in the dead of the night after a powerful and spirit-filled crusade in my state,” said the governor. “I personally attended his crusade and I think it is wrong for a man of God who is armless that could be invited if they have any issue against him.

“Are Christians and Moslems under different dispensation of the rule of law? That’s why I went there to rescue him. Let them kill two of us together.

“But when they saw my vehicles and the crowd, they fled. But we have information that instructions came from DSS in Abuja that the Pastor should be arrested. We are not in a fascist state, Federal Government must learn to respect the rights of Nigerians and freedom of expression.”

“This is unacceptable, we are in a democracy and Nigerians should warn the Presidency against putting this country on fire because religion is an emotional thing.”
