Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, has three wives and nine children. MC Oluomo’s wives are Alhaja Modinat Adunni Akinsanya, Temitope Adunni Akinsanya, and Aisha Ajoke Akinsanya.
MC Oluomo is by all means one of the most controversial personalities in Nigerian society, but he is best known as the head of the Lagos state branch of the National Union of Road Transport Workers and, of course, one of Bola Tinubu‘s loyalists.
Oluomo is not directly into politics, but his involvement in politics, particularly in Lagos, has brought him and his entire family to the public eye. This article presents you with all you need to know about MC Oluomo’s wives and children.
MC Oluomo is Proudly Married to Three Women
Islam allows men to have multiple wives, and MC Oluomo, who is a Muslim, has availed himself of that opportunity. Apparently, the socialite has great taste for fair, beautiful women, and he is legally married to women of the Yoruba tribe. Tayo Odueke, also known as Sikiratu Sindodo, who would have been Oluomo’s fourth wife, annulled her marriage with him.
His relationship with Ehi Ogbebor, an interior decorator, could have made his dream of expanding the number of wives a reality. Still, it, unfortunately, crashed following his affair with other women.
In addition to being a recognized personality, particularly across all of Lagos, MC Oluomo is said to be a loving and caring husband who goes out of his way to ensure the best for his family. It is interesting to know that MC Oluomo’s wives have at least one home in a different neighbourhood of Lagos state. He built and dedicated three mansions for his three wives in the first month of January 2020, and he did not forget to throw lavish parties to celebrate the housewarming ceremonies
Alhaja Modinat Adunni Akinsanya is the First of MC Oluomo’s Wives
Despite being a very controversial yet famous face on the internet, MC Oluomo tries to keep details of his family from public scrutiny. Hence, we could hardly find information regarding his wives and children. However, the socialite is known to parade his wives on various social media platforms. His first wife is Modinat Adunni Akinsanya – a fair Yoruba lady who apparently he married long before his controversial rise to fame.
It is said that MC Oluomo met his first wife, Modinat, during their primary school years. While Alhaja Modinat went to Methodist Primary School, Oshodi, MC Oluomo went to Afolabi Primary School. It is not clear how their love story started, but it appears they started off as close friends.
Modinat is a Muslim who was bestowed with the title of Alhaja after she visited the Islamic holy city, Mecca. Alhaja Modinat is also the mother of some of MC Oluomo’s children. However, there are no details of how many children she had for him.
Meet MC Oluomo’s Second Wife, Temitope Adunni Akinsanya
MC Oluomo’s second wife is Temitope Adunni Akinsanya. The pretty lady, who is also of Yoruba heritage, is often seen with her lovely husband at public functions. While not much has been revealed about her family background and career, her husband describes her as an incredible woman, wife, mother, and friend.
Apparently, Alhaja Temitope Akinanya is a free-minded and very accommodating person. During one of her birthdays (celebrated every October 10), her husband also described her as one who makes everyone around her very happy. He went on to promise to be right beside her every step of the way. MC Oluomo also thanked Temitope for making everyone around her happy and promised he would always be there for her in every step she took.
Temitope Adunni Akinsanya is also an Alhaja because, like Alhaja Modinat, she has visited the holy city of Mecca. She is also the mother of some of MC Oluomo’s children. In January 2020, Alhaja Temitope bought herself a beautiful house, and her husband did not fail to announce it on his Instagram page
Aisha Ajoke Akinsanya is MC Oluomo’s Third Wife
Described as the “most fantastic human being”, Aisha Ajoke Akinsanya is MC Oluomo’s third wife. She is a tall and gorgeous woman of the Yoruba tribe. Also a Muslim, Aisha Akinsanya celebrates her birthday every March 3, and though her exact age is not revealed, she is believed to be in her early 40s.
Aisha, like her co-wives, is an Alhaja. Her husband also describes her as a listener and one who pays attention to details. Aisha is a successful businesswoman. She owns houses across various parts of Lagos state.
Why MC Oluomo’s Marriage to Tayo Odueke Crashed
Tayo Odueke was married customarily to MC Oluomo as his fourth wife. According to reports, she was MC’s favorite wife, and he did everything to make her happy and comfortable in his home. The NURTW chieftain proudly paraded her on various social media platforms and even bought the actress a Murano, which he customized as MC Baby. He also placed her on a monthly salary.
Unfortunately, their marriage began to crash after she lost her 5-month-old pregnancy. Her husband’s love for her began to lessen as he continuously gave her excuses and even refused to buy her a new car that would replace the Murano jeep he bought for her years back. According to reports, MC told Tayo she would only have a new car after bearing him a child.
It is, however, not clear why their marriage was annulled. Still, many accused the Yoruba actress of being unfaithful to her husband as she was accused of having an affair with fellow actor Akin Olaiya. Currently, the popular actress is no longer one of MC Oloumo’s wives.
How Many Children Does MC Oluomo Have?
MC Oluomo is a proud father of nine children, namely six daughters and three sons. Further details of their age and personal lives have not been made public. However, we know that the former Lagos NURTW chairman has a set of twins named Taiwo and Kehinde Akinsanya, who both received admission at various universities in the United States of America and graduated in 2021.
Taiwo bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Management from Columbus State University, New York. Kehinde, on the other hand, bagged a degree in Healthcare Management from Albany State University, Georgia. One of Oluomo’s sons also bagged a first-class diploma from the Clanton County Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
