Simply download the MyGOtv app from Google Playstore for Android devices and the Apple store for IOS. Follow the following steps after downloading the app to make your payment

• Click on the app and enter your login details
• Choose your preferred package which in this case is GOtv Max
• Click on Pay Now and confirm the details of the payment
• Click on continue
• Select your preferred payment provider
• Select payment option (once-off payment or auto-renewal)
• you can choose a payment method (Verve, Mastercard, Visa)
• Enter payment details and click Pay
• An OTP will be sent to your registered on your bank account number.
• Enter the OTP pin, and press submit to complete your payment

How to Upgrade to GOtv Max 

As a GOtv customer, you are free to choose any of the packages that are suitable for your pocket but if you so desire to upgrade from any of the lower packages to GOtv Max, you can do so by following the guidelines given below.

• Open the GOtv easy self-service home page here
• At the top right corner of the page, select Nigeria (Flag) and then sign in (if visiting with a big screen like tab or laptop) or click on the menu button to select country, then scroll down to sign in (for mobile users)
• Sign in, using your surname or mobile number (linked to your GOtv profile) and your decoder IUC number (you can find this at the bottom of your decoder)
• You are now on your dashboard. Click or tap on Build a Package and select GOtv Max (the package you are upgrading to)
• Hit the Next button and use your preferred payment method to complete your upgrade.
• You can wait for a while to allow the process to be effective. This shouldn’t take more than 15 – 20 minutes. If it takes more than that, you should contact their customer care right away.

Note: You are advised only to do this when your current subscription has expired to make the whole process much easier.

Also, just like when you are renewing your subscription, you should make sure your decoder is turned On and on Africa Magic (Yoruba preferably) during the upgrading process.
