However, people like gospel singer Ada Ehi and her husband, Moses Ehi, are making sure they do not leave their union to chance.

Ada and Moses Ehi Met During Her University Days
Ada Ehi attended Lagos State University (LASU), where she studied Chemical & Polymer Engineering and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. It must be noted that before attending LASU, she had already gained some fame and attention for her singing talent. When she was ten years of age, she was selected to be a member of an all-girl band of the child singing sensation, Tosin Jegede. Ada learned the ropes of singing and performing on stage with the group, which she carried with her all her life.
While in the university, she joined the Believers Loveworld Campus Fellowship organized by Christ Embassy Church. Through this fellowship, she met the renowned Nigerian Pastor and founder of Christ Embassy church, Chris Oyakhilome. Ada appeared to have been moved by this meeting as she subsequently became a member of his church. She further joined the church choir, where she was able to put her singing ability to practice. Ada Ehi was 21 years old when she married her husband, Moses Ehi, in 2008. At the time, Ada’s music career hasn’t gone in full swing. One year into their marriage, Ada launched her debut album titled Undenied in November 2009. She released the music under Chris Oyakhilome’s record label, Loveworld Records. Although Ada’s music didn’t reach high heights at the time, Moses continued to support her.
With this support, she returned to the studio to release her sophomore project, a double-disc album titled Lifted and So Fly, in November 2013. Things began looking up afterward as her 2015 single, ‘Our God Reigns’ won the best song of the year award at the Loveworld Music Awards. Ada Ehi has since then released four more projects; Future Now (2017), Ada’s EP Vol 1 (2019), Born Of God (2020), and Everything (2021).
Moses Ehi Describes Himself As a Serial Entrepreneur
As mentioned above, Moses Ehi met his wife at Christ Embassy. Like her, he is also heavily involved with the church. He is said to work for Pastor Chris Oyakhilome himself. It is, however, not clear in what capacity that he works for him. Moses further has other interests in the entertainment business. He describes himself on his Instagram account as a serial entrepreneur with an interest in Financial Technology.
His latest venture in this regard is Free Nation Inc., where he is a co-partner. After many years of being a very supportive husband to his singing sensation wife, Moses decided to work on the Free Nation project, a platform that uses technology to bring together talented artists of music producers, songwriters, and singers to create a fusion of amazing sounds and showcase them to the world. Free Nation aims to provide all creatives with new commercial and artistic opportunities to flourish.
As you would expect, Ada Ehi is one of the biggest singers to work with on the platform. Another notable person that is signed up to Free Nation is Miracle Paul, a singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, and producer. Regardless of all that he is involved with to provide for his family, Moses Ehi is his wife’s biggest support and always supports her. When Ada traveled to Christ Embassy Malaysia to perform, he was notably by her side to provide support.
Who Is More Successful Between Moses and Ada Ehi?
With the bigger picture of everything that Moses Ehi does for a living and how much wealth he has attained in life not being readily available, one can’t truly say who is richer between the pair. On the surface level, however, Ada appears to be more successful as her music has allowed her to travel far and wide. She has traveled to many countries with Pastor Chris, where he goes to spread the word of God. She has further garnered multiple awards along the way.
In addition to winning the best song of the year award at the Loveworld Music Awards, Ada Ehi took home the 2017 Groove Awards for West African Artist of the Year. That same year, she was listed in YNaija’s list of “100 Influential Christian Personalities in Nigeria,” and then in 2019, her song “Only You” was listed as one of the 20 most viewed Songs of the decade from Nigeria. All these and her blossoming music career could put Ada over her husband, Moses Ehi.
The Couple Reportedly Has Two Children
Moses and Ada Ehi are parents to two children. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Emma Jane, in 2010. The baby was born two years after they got married. Ada did not have any complications during her pregnancy, and childbirth went on smoothly.
In an interview she had with Independent Newspaper, Ada revealed that she has another child. Details of this second child are, however, not known to the public. The singer has also barely shared any pictures of the baby, so it is unclear whether the child is male or female. The public has only gotten to know about Emma Jane, who Ada is not scared to showcase.
