Before you start your registration, you need to have your internet login details – which is your Unique I.D and password. Registration starts by filling the Ecobank internet banking form, which is also known as the e-product and deed of indemnity form.

NB: Registration is not for existing customers who already have an account in Ecobank because they are automatically enrolled for the online banking programme. If you already have an account in the bank and wish to maximize the Ecobank internet and online banking, all you have to do is to simply get your unique ID number and password.

You can get your unique ID and password by following the undermentioned steps.

1. Click the link – http://www.ecobank.com/e_products.aspx – to download the e-product and deed of indemnity form from the banking platform.

2. Select your country from the drop down. E.g Nigeria.

3. Choose what you’d like to do on the platform. You are to select ‘Activate an Ecobank Product’.

4. Click on internet banking.

5. Select your state and input your account number and account type in the field provided.

6. Endeavour to check the appropriate internet banking option. Do not forget to fill the basic information, including your banking details and contact.

7. After filling the deed of indemnity form, kindly submit both forms to the nearest Ecobank office.

8. You will be notified once your application has been processed. The notification specifically bears your log in details.

9. Then go to Ecobank website https://ibank.ecobank.com and click ‘login’

10. Enter your unique ID and unique Password (which was earlier sent to your mail); Confirm your secure message and image and submit.

NB: If you wish to reset your unique password,

  • Visit the link https://ibank.ecobank.com
  • Click on ‘forgot password’
  • Input your unique ID
  • Provide answers to some of the security questions.
  • Once your request is confirmed, you’ll receive a new unique password.

Meanwhile, if you want to get your login details in the nearest Ecobank branch, visit the office, request for the form and fill it there.

Once your form is processed, you will receive your login details (user ID and password) by e-mail. With the details, you can now log in to your Internet banking account.

  • Input your User ID number in the field provided
  • Click Continue
  • Enter your password
