Asari based his claim on the fact that the president obviously struggled to deliver his Independent Day speech on October 1.
The former Militant leader strongly maintained that while the president was reading his speech, it would be observed that the “man they have in Aso Rock” was “trying to mimic” the original Buhari.
Speaking in a video which appeared online yesterday, Asari Dokubo said:
“A lot of people have been wishing me happy Independence but I told them not to, because I’m not a Nigerian.
“So this man they have in Aso Rock was speaking, even from his voice, you will know that he was cloned.
“You know that there is this thing called cloning, most western judo-Christian country pretend to say they banned human cloning except for the purpose of research into health and to save life.
“So we will not be surprised if they did some sort of cloning in all the period this man was incubating in Abuja House in London.
“The way he was talking, you will notice that he was trying to mimic the original one but he didn’t succeed, he didn’t convince us”
Meanwhile, the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, had also earlier claimed that the person presently ruling the country is not President Buhari but a Sudanese national who had undergone plastic surgery in order to look like President Buhari.
Kanu said this while speaking to members of his group on September 3rd. His words:
“I can stand and prove who I am but Buhari cannot do the same thing. The man you are looking at on the television is not Buhari. His name is Jubril, he is from Sudan.
“After extensive plastic surgery, they brought him back. They taught him Buhari’s mannerisms and he came back deceiving all of you. He cannot deceive Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB.”
