It’s more drama for Tunji ‘Teebillz’ Balogun as most people find it hard to believe his negative drug test result.
After being accused by his singer wife, Tiwa Savage of taking cocaine and other hard drugs, the father of four took the challenge of visiting Lancet Laboratories in Victoria Island yesterday, 4th April.
Surprisingly, the test result came out immediately and says negative for cocaine and other hard drugs. Was Teebillz wrongly accused by his wife?
The young man, whose close friends and family are playing to send to a rehabilitation home, admitted that he used to take cocaine, but hasn’t been in touch with the hard drug or any other in the past two years. Meanwhile, Tiwa Savage in her interview where she stated that her marriage with Teebillz was over claimed that she once found Teebillz using cocaine.
Her words said:
“I walked in on TJ taking cocaine in my house in 1004 (Victoria Island, Lagos). I didn’t even know he takes cocaine. I walked into the kitchen, and I saw him taking cocaine, so I screamed, and asked if that is cocaine. He started screaming that “What am I doing down here, where is the cocaine?”
Somebody has got to be lying because something doesn’t seem right here. It’s either Tiwa Savage didn’t tell the whole truth as to “when exactly” she saw her husband smoking weed; the laboratory test didn’t detect any form of hard drug in Teebillz’s system because it’s over a week he last took it; or there was no lab test. On a serious note, where is the result sheet? Who saw it?
Just like other Nigerian’s who are yet to wrap their hands around the truth of this rumored lab test, Cool FM’s On-Air personality Freeze, who has been quite vocal about the Tiwa and Teebillz marriage crisis, airs his views on the cocaine test. He said:
“Teebillz tests negative for hard drugs! This comes from an unconfirmed source, who saw them at a lab in VI. Furthermore, an insider who chose to remain anonymous, said he tested negative to cocaine and every other hard drug. We should continue to keep them in our prayers as we await a proper confirmation from his camp.”
If for sure the “negative” is confirmed to be a fact, then it is possible that some other revelations in Tiwa’s interview are not all true and should be confirmed as well. God help the Baloguns!
