After her arrest last weekend, Stephanie Otobo had been in the police custody. However, after two days of meeting the conditions of her bail, the judge was unavailable to sign the bail bond until Thursday 9th March when she was finally released.
In a brief interview with Sahara Reporters, Stephanie Otobo speaks exuberantly about being out of prison and promises to clear the air about the whole drama surrounding her the very controversial story.
Meanwhile, prior to her release, Apostle Johnson Suleiman had prophesied that his accusers including the marine spirit and their agents working against him and his ministry will be exposed and the truth about the allegation will come to the public.
According to one report by TheIcon, there was a dramatic twist to the story as the Canada-based singer opened up revealing that everything she said about Apostle Johnson Suleman as relayed by Sahara Reporters was a lie.
Stephanie Otobo said Apostle Suleman is innocent, also adding that she did not know Festus Keyamo, the lawyer that was defending her in court.
TheIcon reported that Stepanie Otobo released a statement stating that she’s only 23-year-old and doesn’t know Festus Keyamo from anywhere.
The source also quoted Stephanie saying some gullible individuals wanted to make money off the pastor, therefore, used her as a bait.
Before Stepanie Otobo came out with her own statement, her father who met with the police investigators said he was never aware his daughter had any marriage introduction with any man while he also denying knowing Festus Keyamo, who her daughter purportedly hired to defend her.
While refuting the allegations made against Apostle Johnson Suleiman by Festus Keyamo on her behalf, Stephanie Otobo also called on Nigerians to disregard the earlier media propaganda by Sahara Reporters.
Her statement said:
“I’m still in shock on the sudden media propaganda being championed by Sahara Reporters. I have no business with Festus Keyamo. The N500m claims is such a huge sum to come about. I’m from a broken home and my separated parents can never dream of pulling just 1% of such an amount in a very long time.”
“Yes, I had an encounter with some officers of the Nigeria Police a few days back, but I don’t remember making any such ambiguous claims against a reputable man of God in the status of Apostle Johnson Suleiman.
“Let the man of God alone please. -Stephanie Otobo.”
According to Sahara Reporters, the alleged lover, Miss Stephanie Otobo, is a musician based in Ontario, Canada, who goes by the stage name of Kimora.
Stephanie first voiced claiming that Pastor Suleiman dumped her after impregnating her, promising her marriage and then used police to silence her.
Meanwhile, the said pastor is happily married with three daughters.
However, Stephanie is out of prison now and promises to tell nothing but the entire truth after she rests and unwinds from the whole prison stress.
