Bizarre: US-Based Research To Pay People $3,000 To Smoke W**d

Weird as it may sound, but this is real! A US-based research is offering to pay people weekly, $3,000  to smoke marijuana.

Just to clarify, we are not in any way promoting or encouraging smoking marijuana, nor do we have an opinion for or against it.

Although recent medical research seems to suggest some medical and health benefits of marijuana, the substance is yet to be approved for legal consumption in Nigeria.

However, in other climes, like in the United States, it’s quite rare to find people on college campuses who haven’t or do not smoke marijuana (w**d).

The U.S. National Research Center (NRC) has just been commissioned by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) to move forward with a research that studies the effects of cannabis (marijuana) on the human body.

This research aims to study whether or not everyday people are relieved of stress and stress-related symptoms during the use of the drug while carrying out normal daily functions.

According to lead researcher Michael Gregory,

“This is one of the first, very promising studies that will finally reveal the answer of the age-old assumption stoners are ‘just lazy.’

“It’s an exciting new study that may push the legality of marijuana to all 50 states.”

Interestingly, there is a nice payoff attached to the study.

The researchers are willing to pay top cash to participants of the study.

Each person who takes part will be compensated a whopping $3,000 (N936,000 at $1=N312) per week to abide by the research guidelines. No jokes!

$3,000 To Smoke Marijuana, Will You?

As part of the conditions for the research, each participant is required to stay at the research facility for the duration of six months.

If you were already dreaming of participating, well, you might just have to reconsider.

Unless you are willing to reside like a prisoner for the next six months.

While participants perform their regular day-to-day activities of their home life, they will regularly consume medical cannabis and be under intense study from doctors and related researchers.

A total of 300 participants will be recruited and will be compensated with $3,000 per week for taking part.

If you’re one who is cut out for adventure, don’t mind smoking, and wouldn’t budge giving up six months of your life to smoke w**d.

Then maybe you should consider participating in this bizarre research and earn a total of N22.4 million.
