President Buhari to Reselect Cabinet Following Aisha’s Criticisms

Following the criticisms of the First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari on how her husband runs the country, President Muhammadu Buhari has agreed to reshuffle cabinet of leaders walking with him.

Meanwhile, just last month Mr. President denied the allegation levied against him that some unknown cabal had taken over his government.

According to a source from Aso Villa, President Muhammadu Buhari is considering rearranging his cabinet in the coming weeks, as he has received tons of criticisms concerning his throwback comment on his wife after her interview with BBC by his wife.

Recall that in a BBC interview, Mrs. Buhari had hinted that a cabal has been in charge of Buhari’s Presidency even though the mafia has zero knowledge of the values underpinning the APC platform from where her husband emerged President. She also threatened to wash her hands of her husband’s campaign if he decides to contest again in 2019.

“The president does not know 45 out of 50, for example, of the people he appointed and I don’t know them either, despite being his wife of 27 years,” lamented Mrs. Buhari.

“I have decided as his wife, that if things continue like this up to 2019, I will not go out and campaign again and ask any woman to vote like I did before. I will never do it again.

However, president Buhari was dismissive of his wife’s comments while speaking to German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Germany, stating that he doesn’t know the party his wife belongs to, but she belongs to his kitchen, living room, and the other room.

Sources from Aso Rock says that Aisha’s comments have made some impact in the mind of the president as he now plans to take action into restructuring the nation by placing the right people at the right positions where they can function effectively.

“He was hurt by his wife’s comments,” said one Villa source. “I can tell you that a cabinet reshuffle is imminent. Some of the Ministers have no place in this administration and the President has known that for a while”.

Similarly, an APC official said the party is glad that Aisha Buhari’s comments have made the desired effect, although the first lady should not have spoken in that manner because her words have now been taken out of c0ntext.
