Back in July,  photos of her while out in public surfaced on the internet confirming her weight gain rumors.

According to OK Magazine, one reason why we haven’t seen too much of Janet is because she is currently on bed rest.

An inside source reportedly disclosed that “This pregnancy is doing a number on her.”

The source also claimed, she “has ballooned to 250 pounds,” and doctors have instructed that she stay home because she is, “at risk for serious complications.”

Registered Dietitian, Lisa DeFazio, RN told HollywoodLife that it is possible Janet is carrying twins.

DeFazio said:

“Based on Janet [Jackson]’s reported weight gain of 100 lbs. and the possibility that she underwent fertility treatment, it is highly likely that Janet could be carrying twins.”

Back in June this year, Janet’s brother, Tito Jackson confirmed that his sister is pregnant with her first baby.

Excessive weight gain during pregnancy can pose serious health risks including gestational diabetes and high blood pressure.

We’re wishing Janet and her husband a safe and healthy pregnancy and baby.
