Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has raised concerns about the recent announcement by the Islamic State In Syria (ISIS), that Abu Musab al- Barnawi has replaced  Abubakar Shekau as leader of Its Nigerian ally Boko Haram.

The former Aviation minister speaking to journalists on Thursday said the recent change should not be taken for granted.

Fani-Kayode said  the Nigerian government and security agencies should do more as the duo would carry out more daring attacks.

Fani-Kayode said:

“A far as I am concerned, they can both destroy one another and burn in hell.”

“Anyone that targets Christians and Churches, or indeed any innocent civilians for slaughter, is not worthy of life.”

“They are vermin and they must be crushed. Shekau is evil but Al-Barnawi is even worse; he is the devil incarnate. He represents ISIS and we all know what that means.”

“Nigeria is in a mess. If it is not Boko Haram that is slaughtering our people it is the Fulani herdsmen. They are doing these despicable things with the active connivance and support of a few people that are in the corridors of power today whose objective it is to islamise our nation.”

“The bible says ‘there is no fellowship between light and darkness’. We have said it before and we will say it again: we must restructure Nigeria before it is too late.”

“If we fail to do so we must reconsider our so-called unity. If things don’t change quickly we must consider the possibility of peacefully dividing our country and renegotiating our union.”

The Former DG Of President Jonathan’s Campaign said:

“We cannot afford to wait any longer because we are playing with fire. We must do everything peacefully and we must not allow these butchers to provoke us into another civil war”.
