I wonder when some African leaders will stop bringing shame on the African race! It’s a pity that up till now, some people have not learnt that there is nothing hidden under the sun, especially in this age of Closed-circuit television, CCTv, cameras. A video of the Deputy Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, who was caught on camera ministering to his sexual urges, has gone viral.

In the 4 minutes and 27 seconds video, which surfaced on Thursday 28th April 2016, the 54-year-old Deputy Minister, caught pants down getting some quick relief, is seen unzipping his trousers and getting out his ‘tail’ to masturbate. He continued ‘stroking the monkey’ until he ejaculated.

The video shows Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza looking very fulfilled and excited after the unholy act. He used a white piece of clothe to clean up the ‘produce’, threw it in a dustbin and resumed his work.

All these took place right in front of the official portrait of President Joseph Kabila and the country’s National flag which was properly installed at the background of the minister’s office.

He actually recorded the session himself proudly and no information has been released as to how the video got to the public. The video looked more like he was doing it for a lady on webcam, as he blew a kiss into the camera at a point in the video.

As expected, Congo citizens quickly took to social media creating a hastag #SebinezaMustGo, which has also gone viral. The President later reluctantly succumbed to the public outcry to dismiss the deputy minister and eventually sacked him on 30th April 2016.
