His personal assistant, Urchineke, who confirmed the incident, said he managed to escape without injury but that the driver was injured in the incident.

He was not the one driving and somehow, he managed to escape without Injury. As I’m talking to you now, he’s at home with his wife but his car is badly damaged. It was one of his boys that drove and they are fine. It’s only the guy that drove that sustained minor injuries, but Terry and the other two guys in the Range Rover are okay.

Many of our friends have called and they were very scared because the picture of his car they saw on social media is damaged beyond repair. And I have told them he’s fine. It was the guy that drove that sustained minor injuries, every other person in the car is ok. Terry G is in his room resting. He’s not in any hospital as people may think.

The Free Madness singer also confirmed to his fans that he’s fine and grateful to God for life.

So you self no believe say nothing happen to me, I dey kampe. I am okay my brother. I just say make I rest. Just thank God for me say nothing happen to anyone of us.

It would be recalled that this would be the second time that Terry G has been involved in an accident in the space of five years. In 2010, Terry G survived a car accident when his Toyota Camry ran into a road demarcation around Chemiron, close to Sunday Market, in Ogba, Lagos.

Terry G, who was born Amanyi Oche Gabriel, got into music as a protégé of Faze, a former member of one of Nigeria’s most notable pop groups Plantashun Boiz. Having been identified as a talented backup singer of Faze, Terry G was in fact on course to get a deal from his (Faze) Independent Entertainment before an irresistible offer came his way from Bluemoon Entertainment.
