It Is Unfair For a Man to Marry Only One Wife – 9ice


While the western world encourages one man one wife, 9ice like most African men has talked down the concept of monogamy. It is simple: different strokes for different folks; one man’s meat will always be someone’s poison. 9ice believes it would be unfair to numerous single women if a man marries just one wife.

9ice might have confirmed his inclination towards polygamy with his recent statement that men should marry as many wives as possible in order to reduce the skyrocketing population of women.

In a recent interview with Ebony Life TV, he said:

“We have more women currently. If one man marries just one wife, other women will be useless. I’m a product of a polygamous family, that is why I am also productive… because there are more women than men, it would be unfair if a man marries one wife.”

The CEO of Alapkomeji Records and Special Adviser to the Oyo State governor on Youths is among the list of Nigerian celebrities who experience Baby Mama Drama due to his involvement with many women. 9ice has four children from three different women. His first son, Zion, was born in 2008 by his ex-wife Toni Payne.

Also, he is the father of a set of twin girls with his ex-girlfriend Victoria Godis who resides in Abuja. 9ice is yet to marry any of his baby mamas, although he is currently living with his fiancé, Olasunkanmi Ajala with whom he welcomed his fourth child in 2014.

The mother of his latest child has plans to be his last, as rumour has it that she is pregnant with a second child for him. However, with all this talk about one man many wives, seems like 9ice will water down Ajala’s plan by giving her the shock of her life – another baby mama. Well, like earlier said – 9ice’s meat may be Darey’s poison.
